Q: How do I know if your employees are trustworthy and skilled in the services they perform?
A: À la Carte CARE prides itself in hiring the best people for the services we offer. We will hire only those caregivers that we would feel comfortable taking care of our own parents.

All our employees are bonded, insured and go through an extensive background check prior to their hire. Each caregiver is required to submit to a full criminal background check, driving history, BCI fingerprinting and 9 panel drug screen testing.

Our employees are experienced in the services we offer, that is a prerequisite for their hire. All our employees, independent of their qualifications, have to go through additional training followed by testing of their skills prior to their first assignment for À la Carte CARE.
